OUR PHILOSOPHY

Our aim is to help elite footballers play at the top level by providing specific Strength & Conditioning programs delivered by qualified coaches and industry professionals.

WELCOME TO ADVANCED ATHLETE DEVELOPMENT

Advanced Athlete Development is where Ireland’s top players come to gain the upper hand through speed, strength & agility training.

Our expert team of Strength Coaches and Sports Scientists work with players to help them find that extra hundredth of a second, that inch, that half step, because those are the small margins that separate good from great and winning from losing.
